This home was designed and built by Kevin Davis as his personal residence. The entrance was a 9 foot tall wrought iron entry door imported from Mexico. It featured travertine floors, granite countertops, alder cabinetry and interior doors. The ceilings were 11 feet throughout the home and featured rough sawn beam ceiling with corbels in the kitchen and great room. It contained a 750 bottle temperature controlled wine room and expansive outdoor living area. The home was built using a post tension slab and ICF (insulated concrete forms) wall system. This process creates a very strong, quiet and energy efficient home.
